APBA Experience:

Joseph was commissioner of the Moonlight Graham Fantasy Baseball League, for six years, including its transition from a DOS league to a BBW league. He also ran the original APBA listserv.

The Commish sez:

Franchise awarded in a blatant attempt to suck up to the good doctor.
I think we invited the mako into the kiddie pool. The PMs went 47-31 after the Doc took the reins in 1998. I never knew what a PowderMonkey was until Cindy and I went to Boston in the summer of 2003 and visited the old Charlestown Naval Yard. Turns out PowderMonkeys were the pre-teen boys who retrieved gunpowder from the magazines on British warships. Now you know.
